Inclusion Criteria:
- pregnant
- English as primary language
- scheduled for a routine prenatal visit
- no documented influenza vaccination 2013-2014
Exclusion Criteria:
- Cleveland Clinic Employee
- high risk pregnancy
- allergy to eggs
- allergy to influenza vaccination
