Inclusion Criteria:
- Anterior cruciate ligament rupture
Exclusion Criteria:
- current malignant disease
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Other knee ligament instability
- Obesity BMI >30
- Morbus Bechterew

Proximally from patella the Quadriceps graft is harvested and used as a knew anterior cruciate ligament after rupture.
