Inclusion Criteria:
- Solid tumor
- No standard treatment option
- PS 0-1
- Lesion assessable for biopsy
- Measurable disease
- Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
- Life expectancy < 3 months
- Bone marrow suppression
- Abnormal renal or hepatic function
- Serious concurrent medical conditions
