Inclusion Criteria:
- LDL-cholesterol between 130 and 190 mg/dL
Exclusion Criteria:
- Secundary prevention for cardiovascular disease
- Type 2 diabetes
- Assumption of lipid-lowering drug or dietary supplements
- Previous intolerans to read yeast rice including dietary supplements
