Inclusion Criteria:
- ≥ 18 years
- High risk patients: General Surgery AKI Risk Index Class III, IV or V
- Major abdominal surgery
Exclusion Criteria:
- Ongoing acute kidney injury Stage 2/3
- History of kidney transplant
