Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- Cerebral palsy of any types caused by oxygen deprivation.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Epilepsy
- Hydrocephalus with ventricular drain
- Coagulation disorders
- Allergy to anesthetic agents
- Severe health conditions such as cancer, failure of heart, lung, liver or kidney
- Active infections
