Inclusion Criteria:
- Moderate to severe acne
- 20 inflammatory and 25 non-inflammatory acne lesions
Exclusion Criteria:
- Pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or nursing
- Known allergy to any component of the topical SB204 formulation
