Inclusion Criteria:
- New cases of thyroid tumor in Doctor Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital
- Tumor diameter > 6 cm
Exclusion Criteria:
- Previous surgery in the anterior neck area
- Local involvement of lymph nodes requiring nodes dissection
