Inclusion Criteria:
- MPFL Reconstruction
Exclusion Criteria:
- Trochleoplasty Required
- Prior ipsilateral knee surgery
- Iwano grade 2+
- CHondral injury requiring surgical treatment beyond debridement
- Major ligamentous injury to the knee
