Inclusion Criteria:
- Mother- pregnant female, singleton infant
- Infant- vaginal birth, breastfeeding as primary source of nutrition
Exclusion Criteria:
- Mother- antibiotic, steroid or antimicrobial use
- Infant- antibiotic, steroid or antimicrobial use
