Inclusion Criteria:
- Female patients undergoing NAC
- Age: 18-70 yrs
- Any menopausal status
- Any hormal receptor status
Exclusion Criteria:
- Metastasis discovered during NAC
- Lost more than 2 blood samples during NAC and surgery
