Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- Older than 65 years old
Exclusion Criteria:
diagnosed with the following disease
- Cardiovascular diseases: myocardial infarction, peripheral vascular diseases, aortic plaque
- Cerebrovascular disease: stroke, transient ischemic attack, emboli
- Heart failure
- Participants who cannot finish the trial
