Inclusion Criteria:
- Age between 45 and 95 years old.
- Admitted in emergency yard for law energy trauma
Exclusion Criteria:
- feet fracture
- fracture on prothesis
- patient transferred elsewhere
- homeless people
- patient with lot of comorbidities
