Inclusion Criteria:
Clinical diagnosis of symptomatic inguinal hernia Age 18-80
Exclusion Criteria:
Large scrotal hernia Bilateral hernia Symptom-free hernia Inguinal pain without clinical evidence of hernia Asa class≥3
