Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- Mechanically ventilated patients
- ASAI ,ASAII, ASAIII
Exclusion Criteria:
- Patients or gurdians refuse
- Patients with pneumthorax
- Patients with pleural effusion
- Patients with surgical emphysema
- Glasco coma score more than 8
- Patients on high inotropic support
- patients with diaphragmatic paralysis
