Inclusion:
- Normal spontaneous delivery parturients receiving labor epidural analgesia in first stage of labor
- Using patient-controlled epidural analgesia
Exclusion:
- who has an accidental epidural puncture
- who receives epidural insertion by ultrasound identification
- who uses of magnesium sulfate
