Inclusion Criteria:
- Adult patients
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) distribution I to III
- Patients scheduled for major liver resection (≥3 segments)
Exclusion Criteria:
- patients with extrahepatic disease
- patients with metastatic liver tumors
