Inclusion Criteria:
- all women underwent c-section
Exclusion Criteria:
- known uterine anomaly
- prior uterine surgery -prior uterine rupture
- chronic medical disease like diabetes -use of steroid over last year regularly
- obstetrical complications like multifetal pregnancy
