Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- Women With Twin Pregnancy Undergoing Cesarean Section
Exclusion Criteria:
- Patients with cardiac, hepatic, renal, or thromboembolic disease. ,
- patients with a high possibility of the morbid adherent placenta,
- known coagulopathy and
- those presented with severe antepartum hemorrhage
- refuse to participate
