Inclusion Criteria:
- self-identify as Hispanic/Latinos
- be 21 years old or older
- have smoking status recorded in the EMR
- patient of URMedicine
Exclusion Criteria:
- Not Hispanic/Latino
- under 21 years of age
- not a smoker
