Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- Adult patients complaining of skeletal class III malocclusion that require BSSO for correction of their deformity
Exclusion Criteria:
- Patients require bi-maxillary orthognathic surgery
- patients with temporomandibular joint dysfunction
