Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients with female pattern hair loss
Exclusion Criteria:
- - Pregnancy and lactation.
- Bleeding tendency.
- Cases who received treatment (systemic or topical) in the last 3 months before treatment.
- Scarring alopecia.
- Other associated causes of alopecia
