Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients scheduled for elective thoracic surgery
Exclusion Criteria:
- ASA score >3
- Body mass index > 35 kg/m2
- History of neuromuscular disease
- History of thoracic surgery
- Phrenic nerve paisy
