Description
Inclusion Criteria:
Patient diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, and
- Prescription/order for a dental sleep appliance
- 18 years or older
- Treatment planned in accordance with AADSM treatment guidelines
Exclusion Criteria:
- There are no separate exclusion criteria
