Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients underwent surgery for colorectal cancer from January 2009 to December 2019.
Exclusion Criteria:
- incomplete data on KRAS mutation
- incomplete data on microsatellite instability (MSI) status
- dual or triple KRAS mutation
- stage IV
