Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- surgical correction of fracture neck of femur under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria:
- allergy to local anaesthetics
- bleeding disorders
- morbid obesity with BMI more than 35
- patients of chronic pain
- drug addiction
- psychiatric issues
