Inclusion Criteria:
- 18 yo or older
- CT scan and WSES classification
- surgical intervention within 48 hours for acute diverticulitis
Exclusion Criteria:
- underaged
- conservative treatment for acute diverticulitis
- other treatment
- diagnosis of colorectal cancer at histology
