Inclusion Criteria:
- 3 years of resistance training experience
Exclusion Criteria:
- 1+ American College of Sports Medicine sign(s) or symptom(s) of cardiovascular, metabolic or renal disease(s)
- musculoskeletal disorder(s)
- lactose intolerance; soy or dairy allergies
