Inclusion Criteria:
- cancer patients referred to nuclear medicine unit
Exclusion Criteria:
- patients with increased FDG uptake associated with non malignant causes such as diffuse bone marrow FDG uptake or lung infection or patients with extensive metastasis in target organs
