Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- Registered Nurses (RNRM) working in the various departments (Ward, ICU and ER).
- Having more than one year of experience.
- Willing to participate in the study.
- Involvement in leadership or supervisory roles.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Nurses on Vacation, medical leave or maternity leave

Personality type will be assessed using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which categorises participants into 16 personality types based on four dichotomies: Extraversion-Introversion, Sensing-Intuition, Thinking-Feeling, and Judging-Perceiving

Leadership style will be assessed using the National Health Service (NHS) Leadership Framework self-assessment tool consisting of domains such as demonstrating personal qualities, working with others, managing services, improving services, setting direction, creating vision, and delivering strategy.

Training needs among nurses will be assessed using the Hennessy-Hicks Training Needs Analysis Questionnaire, which includes domains related to research/audit, communication/teamwork, clinical tasks, administration, and management/supervisory tasks
