Description
Inclusion Criteria:
Age: 40-60 years
- Gender: both Male and Female.
- 1st episodes of stroke either haemorrhagic and Ischemic
- Standing Ability with or without assistance aid/mobility Beyond burnstorm stage 3,argue that Burnstrom stage beyond 3 will be recruited.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Neurological and musculoskeletal dysfunction Any past history of Fracture of the lower limb/ pelvis • Any Implant Cardiac pathology

Experimental: (Group A) pelvic stability training
Baseline treatment neuromuscular electrical stimulation and stretching exercises for lower limb along with pelvic stability training
|
Participants will be block randomized in to two group, one will get pelvic stability training and lower limb passive stretching and lower limb NMES (Neuromuscular electrical stimulation) and other group will get only lower limb passive stretching and lower limb NMES.
Both interventions will be administer over a Eight- week period, thrice a week (alternative days).
