Inclusion Criteria:
- patient aged 18-65 years
- patient hemodynamically stable postoperative
- patient voluntarily participates in study
Exclusion Criteria:
- re-operative cardiac surgery
- patients with arrhythmia in operation room
- non elective cardiac surgery
- EURO categories 3 and 4
