Inclusion Criteria:
- Registered nurse currently working at a family health center (ASM) in Hatay Province
- Voluntary agreement to participate in the study
- No prior participation in a disaster nursing training program based on the Jennings model
Exclusion Criteria:
- Nurses on extended leave during the study period
- Nurses who do not complete the baseline assessment

Experimental: Intervention Group
Nurses in this group will receive a 14-week training program based on the Jennings Disaster Nursing Management Model, delivered in approximately 30-minute in-person sessions.

A 14-week structured training program based on the Jennings Disaster Nursing Management Model, delivered through approximately 30-minute face-to-face sessions, designed to improve disaster preparedness perception, self-efficacy, and resilience among family health center nurses.

No Intervention: Control Group
Nurses in this group will not receive the training program during the study period and will continue routine practice.

Time Frame: Baseline and immediately after completion of the 14-week training program

Assessed using the Disaster Preparedness Perception Scale (HAHAÖ), a 20-item scale with three subdimensions (Preparedness, Response, Post-Disaster Period).
Higher scores indicate greater preparedness perception.
