Oversees the organization's development of partnership or business development activities for Evidera Real World Data, Evidence and Insights practice areas.

Grows the business by building deep relationship with clients at target accounts by ensuring a superior customer experience across delivery, after sales service and thought partnership with clients.

Understands of the Real-World Data and Real-World Evidence Practice Areas in life sciences enough to be able to connect the dots between client needs and Evidera solutions.

Demonstrates executive presence and vision to build out the client partner function and be a future PPD leader.

Informs functional leads and other key internal stakeholders on client’s operational and strategic priorities to promote collaboration and creativity.

Influences internal operations to minimize potential for risk and maximize client satisfaction

Positions PPD/Evidera as a primary or preferred research partner for all RWD/RWE solution focusedofferings

Contributes to the strategic thinking around sales and GTM activities for new offerings.

Key Responsibilities: Partners with client, Evidera SMEs (and partners where applicable) to ensure the solution meets the needs of the customer and deliversexcellent customer experience. Earns the trust of the customer to be seen as a true thought partner and a preferred provider of solutions to client and the client’s organization. Analyzes input from partner across all projects to identify trends, areas of great satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and makes appropriate decisions to enhance quality and provide key knowledge management across all PPD teams. Identifies and centralizes all current and ongoing client negotiations for Evidera RWE services; including timeline development Partners globally with other groups to develop new business and to deliver existing and repeat business. Responsible for achieving overall authorization goals and competitive decision volume. Partners with cross-functional leadership on the continuous development and improvement of business processes to ensure consistency in approachand synergies are optimized. Develops excellent working relationships with SMEs, internal colleagues and leaders responsible for the delivery of projects and services to improve information exchange, project delivery and understanding between groups. Provides ongoingfeedback to colleagues involved in the deliveryof projects and services toof biotech clients to improve the overall understanding of the client, their needs and expectations. Participatesin business development activities, representing the organization at bid defenses, ensuring realization of the department's vision and financial goals. Serves as the customers’ executive single point of contact and escalation support person for all operational issues/discussions. Communicates with sponsors regularly to identify potential problem areas and responds quickly to remove the risk/resolve the issue. Represents clients at the governance level and contributes to the compilation of goals and business plan objectives for the strategic partnership. Participates with senior leadership in developing and authorizing the implementation of strategic business plans.

Experience required: MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred 15 years of progressive experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or technology company with a strategy background. Background in strategy or innovation Proven track record as a disruptive innovator with success achieving innovation-driven growth.
