- Ztráta sluchu.
- Chronické užívání léků ovlivňujících centrální nervový systém (antidepresiva, antiepileptika, opioidy, benzodiazepiny)

Pacienti budou požádáni, aby zhodnotili svou pooperační bolest pomocí 11stupňové numerické hodnotící stupnice (0 žádná bolest, 10 maximální možná bolest).
Bolest bude hodnocena v poloze na zádech, po kašli a po změně polohy z polohy na zádech do stoje.

V průměru do 15 minut po propuštění z celkové anestezie.

|
Pooperační spotřeba paracetamolu.
Časové okno: 24 hodin po propuštění z celkové anestezie.
|
Pacienti budou poučeni, aby si podle potřeby vyžádali analgetika.
Pokud je nutná záchranná analgezie, podá se 1000 mg paracetamolu.
Frekvence podávání paracetamolu bude dokumentována.

Pooperační konzumace tramadolu.

Pokud podání paracetamolu nevede k úlevě od pooperačních bolestí a pacienti nadále žádají analgezii, podá se 100 mg tramadolu.
Frekvence podávání tramadolu bude dokumentována.

Emergency agitation (ano/ne).

Duševní stav pacientů bude hodnocen pomocí 7stupňové Rikerovy škály agitovanosti-sedace.
Pokud má pacient skóre 5 nebo vyšší, bude zdokumentován jako případ náhlého vzrušení.
