Kritéria pro zařazení:
- Subjekt je v den screeningu ve věku 5 až 65 let (návštěva 0)
- Subjekt má dobrý celkový zdravotní stav
Rodiče/zákonní zástupci a subjekt rozumí studii a jejím postupům a souhlasí s jejími ustanoveními
- pro subjekty ve věku 18-65 let: písemný informovaný souhlas před jakýmikoli postupy souvisejícími se studií
- pro subjekty ve věku 5-17 let: písemný informovaný souhlas zákonného zástupce (zástupců) subjektu podle místních požadavků a písemný informovaný souhlas subjektu, je-li to vhodné, před jakýmikoli postupy souvisejícími se studií.
Pokud je subjekt ve fertilním věku: Subjekt má negativní těhotenský test v séru při screeningu (návštěva 0) a souhlasí s tím, že použije adekvátní antikoncepční opatření podle následujících časových plánů:
- Hlavní fáze studia: trvání celého studia
- Posilovací fáze: do 23. měsíce (tj. 5 měsíců po posilovací dávce)
- Subjekt je ochoten a schopen dodržovat plánované návštěvy, plán léčby a další studijní postupy
- Subjekt je k dispozici po celou dobu studia a lze jej kontaktovat telefonicky během účasti na studii
Kritéria vyloučení:
- Subjekt má chronické onemocnění související s lymskou boreliózou (LB), aktivní symptomatickou LB nebo byl léčen na LB během posledních 3 měsíců před 1. dnem;
- Subjekt byl předtím očkován proti LB;
- Subjekt měl kousnutí klíštětem během 4 týdnů před dnem 1;
- Subjekt má v anamnéze nebo v současné době má klinicky relevantní onemocnění;
- Subjekt má v anamnéze nebo v současné době má neurozánětlivé nebo autoimunitní onemocnění;
- Subjekt má známou trombocytopenii, poruchu krvácení nebo dostával antikoagulancia během 3 týdnů před 1. dnem;
- Subjekt dostal aktivní nebo pasivní imunizaci během 4 týdnů před dnem 1;
- Subjekt dostal jakýkoli jiný registrovaný nebo neregistrovaný léčivý přípravek v jiném klinickém hodnocení během 4 týdnů před očkováním v den 1;
- Subjekt má známý nebo suspektní defekt imunitního systému nebo dostával imunosupresivní léčbu během 4 týdnů před 1. dnem;
- Subjekt má v anamnéze anafylaxi neznámé příčiny nebo závažné alergické reakce neznámé příčiny nebo má známou přecitlivělost nebo alergické reakce na jednu ze složek vakcíny;
- Subjekt měl v posledních 5 letech jakoukoli malignitu;
- Subjekt je těhotný, plánuje otěhotnět v průběhu studie nebo v době zápisu kojí;
- Subjekt daroval nebo plánuje darovat krev nebo produkty získané z krve 4 týdny před 1. dnem;
- Subjekt má jakýkoli stav, který by mohl ohrozit jeho pohodu, mohl by narušovat hodnocení koncových bodů studie nebo by omezoval schopnost subjektu dokončit studii;
- Subjekt je v závislém vztahu;
