About the job:

Talent Approach

  • Collaborate to develop practical HR strategy and talent management plans which align with business and commercial goals of attracting, retaining, developing, and engaging diverse, engaged talent. Work with leaders to create high performance teams.

HR Analytics and Data Driven Insights
  • Use data and people metrics dashboards to drive continuous improvement of talent and business capabilities, as well as inspire change in HR tactics and influence positive culture change. Build a solid understanding of industry, market, and functional trends to craft business-specific talent strategies driven by data insights.

Consultation

  • Facilitates organizational diagnosis and metrics to drive organizational effectiveness through talent and organizational capabilities and culture. Acts as a catalyst for change; guides and directs organizational design, development and change management solutions.

Change Leadership

  • Motivate change by leading organizational design, development, and culture initiatives built upon our 4i values (Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement).

Promote a Positive Environment for Employees
  • Partner with people leaders to use Employee Involvement Survey insights to build and roll-out employee engagement-building programs

Organizational Adaptability and Resolve

  • Establish a solid organizational network that promotes a "One HR Team" approach in which activities are core, common, and consistent.

Project/Process Management

  • Coordinate HR resources and priorities, ensure the successful implementation of initiatives. Assess work requests from across the organization and effectively balance priorities in collaboration with the business and in alignment with the HR model.
  • Be a key member of the LS EMEA HR Business Partner team, taking on responsibility for ad-hoc EMEA LS-wide initiatives as appropriate ensuring the appropriate shape, readiness and implementation is fully planned and undertaken

What will you need?

  • Comprehensive HR experience in a global environment; experience as a HR business partner supporting leaders.
  • Experience supporting a regional commercial/sales team essential.
  • Implementing organizational design initiatives, business and change programs and processes that yield positive results.
  • Experience supporting EMEA teams in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed, and diverse environment.
  • Skilled in Project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Process improvement tools and methodologies
