Inklusionskriterier:
- En diagnose af kronisk migræne bekræftet af en specialiseret neurolog ifølge ICHD-3B
- Ingen hindring for træning i evalueringen foretaget med fysisk undersøgelse og EKG
- Diagnosticeret med migræne i mindst 12 måneder
- Mellem 18-50 år
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Har motioneret regelmæssigt de sidste 6 måneder
- Tilstedeværelse af samtidige interne og neurologiske sygdomme
- Brug af antipsykotiske stoffer
- Narkotika, alkoholafhængighed
- Graviditet, amning
- Patienter, der ikke kan nå det målrettede træningsniveau
