Yksityiskohtainen kuvaus

Rekisterin tarkoituksena on tarjota todellista tietoa potilashoidosta ja hoidon laadusta potilaille, joilla on T2DM, hypertensio, kuumuuden vajaatoiminta ja krooninen munuaissairaus monien maiden kliinisessä käytännössä. Tämän kuilun kuromiseksi on perustettu havainnollinen vapaaehtoinen rekisteri, joka kerää reaalimaailman tietoja potilaiden ominaisuuksista, sairauksien hoidosta, terveydenhuollon käytöstä ja tuloksista potilailla, joilla on tyypin 2 diabetes, hypertensio, sydämen vajaatoiminta ja krooninen munuaistauti. Monikansallinen, pilvipohjaista eCRF:ää hyödyntävä havainnointirekisteri tulevaa ja retrospektiivista tiedonkeruuta varten, tutkijoiden ja tieteellisen komitean käytettävissä.
