Descripción detallada

El registro tiene la intención de proporcionar datos del mundo real sobre el manejo de pacientes y la calidad de la atención para pacientes con DM2, hipertensión, insuficiencia térmica y enfermedad renal crónica en la práctica clínica en muchos países. Para cerrar esta brecha, se establece un registro voluntario de observación para capturar datos del mundo real sobre las características de los pacientes, el manejo de la enfermedad, la utilización de la atención médica y los resultados en pacientes con diabetes tipo 2, hipertensión, insuficiencia cardíaca y enfermedad renal crónica.
