Detaljert beskrivelse

Registeret har til hensikt å gi virkelige data om pasientbehandling og behandlingskvalitet for pasienter med T2DM, hypertensjon, varmesvikt og kronisk nyresykdom i klinisk praksis i mange land. For å bygge bro over dette gapet er det satt opp et frivillig observasjonsregister for å fange opp data fra den virkelige verden om pasientkarakteristikker, sykdomsbehandling, bruk av helsetjenester og utfall hos pasienter med type 2 diabetes, hypertensjon, hjertesvikt og kronisk nyresykdom. Multinasjonalt, observasjonsregister som bruker en skybasert eCRF, for prospektiv og retrospektiv datainnsamling, tilgjengelig for etterforskere og vitenskapelig komité. Dette registeret vil være åpent for alle leger som administrerer T2DM, HTN, HF eller CKD over hele verden.
