Diagnostic clinique et d'imagerie des fractures zygomatico-faciales ou cranio-faciales Nécessité d'opérer par voie supratemporale Absence de traitement chirurgical préalable
Critère d'exclusion:
fracture déplacée non évidente en désaccord avec le traitement chirurgical intervention antérieure infructueuse dans la région temporale

L'incision diffère selon les sites de fracture spécifiques.
Il peut s'agir d'une incision en forme de bâton de hockey, d'une incision hémicoronale et d'une incision coronale complète.
La première couche de dissection était juste sous le fascia temporal superficiel. Ensuite, environ au niveau de 3 à 5 cm au-dessus de l'arcade zygomatique, notre incision modifiée a été réalisée à travers le fascia temporal profond. Ensuite, le coussinet adipeux superficiel a été rencontré et rétracté vers l'avant. , qui était en contact étroit avec le muscle temporal.
Enfin, un lambeau comprenant la peau, le tissu sous-cutané, le fascia temporal superficiel, le tissu adipeux aréolaire, le fascia temporal profond et la graisse temporale superficielle a été réfléchi dans son ensemble vers l'avant, exposant complètement le muscle temporal et l'arcade zygomatique.
