Critère d'intégration:
- Âge minimum 18 ans
- Bonne hygiène buccale
- Site cicatrisé qui possède deux dents manquantes ou plus dans la région postérieure maxillaire ou mandibulaire (à l'exclusion des troisièmes molaires)
- Os adéquat pour accueillir au moins un implant de 4,3 mm de diamètre et de 8 mm de longueur sur chaque site
- Avoir un espace de restauration interocclusal d'au moins 8 mm
- Volonté de participer et d'assister aux visites de suivi prévues.
Critère d'exclusion:
- Antécédents de dépendance à l'alcool / à la drogue ou tout facteur médical, physique ou psychologique susceptible d'affecter les procédures chirurgicales ou prosthodontiques et les examens de suivi
- Antécédents de radiothérapie dans la région de la tête et du cou
- Antécédents ou habitude actuelle de fumer
- Antécédents ou habitude actuelle de bruxisme
- Pas de dentition ou de prothèses occlusives opposées
- Besoin d'augmentation osseuse lors de la pose de l'implant
- Valeur de couple d'insertion de l'implant <35 Ncm

Bouche fendue : les piliers de cicatrisation sont connectés sur les implants le jour de l'intervention chirurgicale, qui seront soumis à de multiples déconnexions et reconnexions au cours de l'étude.

Pas de déconnexion ni de reconnexion pendant la phase prothétique
|
Avec deux options de hauteur disponibles, On1 Base est sélectionné en fonction de l'épaisseur des tissus mous.
Il reste en place de la pose de l'implant à la finalisation, ce qui laisse les tissus mous intacts pour une cicatrisation optimisée, a déplacé la plate-forme de restauration des implants à connexion conique Nobel Biocare du niveau osseux au niveau tissulaire, simplifiant ainsi les procédures de restauration

Modifications du niveau d'os marginal péri-implantaire entre la ligne de base (pose de l'implant) et le suivi à 1 an

Des radiographies périapicales numériques standardisées ont été prises au départ (pose de l'implant) et au suivi d'un an en utilisant la technique de mise en parallèle des cônes longs avec un gabarit personnalisé.
Les niveaux d'os marginal péri-implantaire ont été mesurés sur les aspects mésial et distal pour évaluer la perte osseuse.
Les modifications des niveaux d'os marginal péri-implantaire ont été calculées en comparant les mesures au suivi d'un an aux valeurs de base.

Modifications de la largeur de la muqueuse kératinisée

La largeur de la muqueuse kératinisée a été mesurée au niveau de la face médiane buccale des piliers à l'aide d'une sonde parodontale avec des marquages de 1,0 mm.
Les mesures ont été répétées lors du suivi d'un an au même endroit et comparées aux valeurs de base.

Modifications de l'épaisseur de la muqueuse linguale

L'épaisseur de la muqueuse linguale au niveau de chaque site implantaire a été mesurée au centre du site implantaire à partir de la crête osseuse à l'aide d'une sonde parodontale avec des marquages de 1,0 mm.
Les mesures ont été répétées lors du suivi à un an au même endroit et comparées aux valeurs de base prises le jour de la chirurgie implantaire.

Taux de réussite des implants selon les critères de classification 2017 établis par l'American Academy of Periodontology (AAP)
Délai: 12 mois après l'implantation chirurgicale

Le succès a été déterminé par la capacité de l'implant à répondre à ces facteurs cliniques, tels que l'absence de douleur, d'infection, de mobilité et de perte osseuse radiographique au-delà du seuil acceptable de la période de suivi, évalué 12 mois après l'implantation chirurgicale.
