Beschreibung
Einschlusskriterien:
- Mindestalter 18
- Gute Mundhygiene
- Geheilte Stelle mit zwei oder mehr fehlenden Zähnen im oberen oder unteren Seitenzahnbereich (ausgenommen dritte Molaren)
- Ausreichender Knochen, um an jeder Stelle mindestens ein Implantat mit einem Durchmesser von 4,3 mm und einer Länge von 8 mm aufzunehmen
- Lassen Sie mindestens 8 mm interokklusalen Restaurationsraum
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme und Teilnahme an den geplanten Folgebesuchen.
Ausschlusskriterien:
- Alkohol-/Drogenabhängigkeit in der Vorgeschichte oder ein medizinischer, physischer oder psychologischer Faktor, der die chirurgischen oder prothetischen Eingriffe und Nachsorgeuntersuchungen beeinflussen könnte
- Geschichte der Strahlentherapie im Kopf-Hals-Bereich
- Geschichte oder aktuelle Gewohnheit des Rauchens
- Geschichte oder aktuelle Gewohnheit von Bruxismus
- Keine gegenüberliegenden okkludierenden Zähne oder Prothesen
- Notwendigkeit einer Knochenaugmentation während der Implantatinsertion
- Drehmomentwert für das Einsetzen des Implantats <35 Ncm

Geteilter Mund: Gingivaformer werden am Tag der Operation auf den Implantaten befestigt, die während der Studie mehrfach getrennt und wieder verbunden werden

Geteilter Mund: Definitive Abutments, die am Tag der Operation mit den Implantaten verbunden werden.
Keine Trennung oder erneute Verbindung während der prothetischen Phase
|
Mit zwei verfügbaren Höhenoptionen wird On1 Base je nach Dicke des Weichgewebes ausgewählt.
Es bleibt von der Implantatinsertion bis zur Fertigstellung in Position, wodurch das Weichgewebe für eine optimierte Heilung ungestört bleibt, die restaurative Plattform der Implantate mit konischer Verbindung von Nobel Biocare von Knochenniveau auf Gewebeniveau verschoben wird, wodurch die restaurativen Verfahren vereinfacht werden

Veränderungen des periimplantären Randknochenniveaus zwischen dem Ausgangswert (Implantatinsertion) und der Nachuntersuchung nach einem Jahr
Zeitfenster: Zu Studienbeginn (Implantatinsertion) und 1-Jahres-Follow-up

Standardisierte digitale periapikale Röntgenaufnahmen wurden zu Studienbeginn (Implantatinsertion) und bei der Nachuntersuchung nach einem Jahr unter Verwendung der Langkonus-Paralleltechnik mit einer maßgeschneiderten Vorrichtung angefertigt.
Zur Beurteilung des Knochenverlusts wurden die periimplantären Randknochenniveaus sowohl auf der mesialen als auch auf der distalen Seite gemessen.
Veränderungen der periimplantären Randknochenniveaus wurden durch Vergleich der Messungen bei der Nachuntersuchung nach einem Jahr mit den Ausgangswerten berechnet.

Die Breite der keratinisierten Schleimhaut wurde im mittleren Bukkalbereich der Abutments mit einer Parodontalsonde mit 1,0-mm-Markierungen gemessen.
Die Messungen wurden bei der Nachuntersuchung nach einem Jahr am selben Ort wiederholt und mit den Ausgangswerten verglichen.

Die Dicke der lingualen Schleimhaut an jeder Implantationsstelle wurde in der Mitte der Implantationsstelle vom Knochenkamm aus mit einer parodontalen Sonde mit 1,0-mm-Markierungen gemessen.
Die Messungen wurden bei der Nachuntersuchung nach einem Jahr am selben Ort wiederholt und mit den Ausgangswerten am Tag der Implantation verglichen.

Der Erfolg wurde durch die Fähigkeit des Implantats bestimmt, diese klinischen Faktoren zu erfüllen, wie z. B. das Fehlen von Schmerzen, Infektionen, Mobilität und radiologischem Knochenverlust über den akzeptablen Schwellenwert des Nachbeobachtungszeitraums hinaus, der 12 Monate nach der chirurgischen Implantation beurteilt wurde.
