Donateurs :
- Âge : >18 et <60 ans
- Poids corporel : >60 kg
- Infection antérieure confirmée par le SRAS CoV-2
- résultat négatif du test SARS CoV-2
- 21 jours sans symptômes du test négatif SARS CoV2 négatif
- Consentement éclairé écrit pour participer à cet essai clinique, pour donner du plasma et pour conserver l'échantillon pour de futurs tests.
- Anticorps IgG COVID-19 positifs
- Les donneurs masculins ou les donneurs féminins qui n'ont pas été enceintes ou les donneurs féminins qui ont été enceintes ont été testés négatifs pour les anticorps HLA
- Les personnes qui satisfont à toutes les conditions d'éligibilité régulières aux donneurs volontaires conformément à la législation mexicaine.
Patients/receveurs :
- Âge : >18 ans
- Admis à l'installation du centre médical ABC pour le traitement du COVID-19
- Patients atteints de COVID-19 sévère ou critique
- Consentement éclairé fourni par le patient ou son mandataire
Critère d'exclusion:
Patients/receveurs :
1. Contre-indication à la transfusion (surcharge volumique sévère, antécédents d'anaphylaxie aux produits sanguins) 2. Toute autre infection non contrôlée 3. Coagulopathie intravasculaire disséminée 4. Patient sous dialyse 5. Patient avec AVC hémorragique récent 6. Cardiopathie ischémique sévère
