- Donne in gravidanza con meno di 28 settimane,
- BMI da 26 a 35 Kg/m2,
- SRQ-20 positivo.
Criteri di esclusione:
- Diabete
- Cardiopatie
- Ipertensione
- Nefropatie
- Trattamento psichiatrico
- Tossicodipendenti
- Malattia polmonare cronica
- Idee suicide
- Non mangiare (appetiti)
- Problemi di misurazione del BMI (disabili)
- Trattamento omeopatico concomitante
