Registro francese della sindrome coronarica acuta con o senza sopraslivellamento del tratto ST 2010 (FAST-MI 2010)
L'osservatorio FAST MI 2010 propone di istituire una coorte di 3500 pazienti reclutati prospetticamente in un periodo di 2 mesi.
I pazienti saranno seguiti a 1 mese e poi seguiti annualmente per 10 anni.
I pazienti devono aver accettato di partecipare allo studio, la partecipazione al protocollo o il rifiuto di partecipare non influirà sull'approccio terapeutico del medico. Lo studio delle caratteristiche genotipiche o fenotipiche non cambierà l'approccio terapeutico delle équipe sanitarie.

Si tratta di uno studio osservazionale multicentrico, somministrato a 300 strutture mediche prospettiche, CHU, CHG, CHR, struttura sanitaria dell'Esercito, inclusa una clinica o un'unità di terapia intensiva autorizzata a ricevere ACS di emergenza. (Vedi elenco allegato 10-6) Un questionario verrà inviato a ciascun centro prima del centro di reclutamento sul tipo e sul numero di posti letto (Appendice 10-5)
I pazienti saranno reclutati consecutivamente nel membro CIAU per un periodo di 2 mesi.
Il follow-up di 1 mese sarà effettuato dal medico referente di ciascun ISB, tramite contatto telefonico o via mail con il medico curante e/o il paziente.
I follow-up annuali saranno condotti durante 10 anni di tecnici di ricerca clinica della Società francese di cardiologia, contatto postale e / o telefonico con i comuni di nascita, curando medici e pazienti.

Popolazione di studio
I pazienti saranno reclutati consecutivamente nel membro CIAU per un periodo di 2 mesi, comprese le sottopopolazioni di interesse specifico (pazienti diabetici e / o anziani, ad esempio). Un elenco di pazienti idonei non inclusi e deve essere completato dai centri partecipanti durante lo stesso periodo, con i motivi della non inclusione.
Un questionario verrà inviato a ciascun centro prima dell'assunzione, includendo il tipo di servizio e il numero di posti letto nella struttura.
Lo studio sarà dato a qualsiasi struttura medica, Ospedale Universitario, CHG, CHR, struttura sanitaria dell'Esercito, inclusa una clinica o un'unità di terapia intensiva autorizzata a ricevere ACS di emergenza. In ogni centro sarà nominato un consulente medico per la raccolta dei dati fenotipici per le schede di casi studio in formato elettronico paziente.

Criterio di inclusione :
- Pazienti di età superiore ai 18 anni
- Paziente ricoverato per infarto del miocardio (IM) inferiore a 48 ore, caratterizzato dal tipico aumento e diminuzione della troponina o CPKMb associato ad almeno uno dei seguenti: sintomi di ischemia miocardica o comparsa di onde Q patologiche o disturbi della ripolarizzazione correlati a ischemia (in aggiunta a o NSTEMI)
- Paziente che ha acconsentito a partecipare allo studio
Criteri di esclusione:
- Rifiuto del consenso
- IM che si verifica entro 48 ore dopo un intervento terapeutico (angioplastica o bypass coronarico o altro intervento chirurgico)
- La diagnosi di SCA si è invertita a favore di una diagnosi alternativa
