磁気共鳴画像解剖研究 (MARIAS)
胎児、幼児、子供の死後磁気共鳴画像:従来の剖検との比較研究
このプロジェクトの目的は、磁気共鳴 (MR) イメージングが胎児、幼児、子供の死後評価のための低侵襲アプローチを提供できるかどうかを確立することであり、異常の検出率と死因の決定は同様です。
これは、約 400 人の胎児、幼児、子供の全身の死後 MR 画像のデータベースを 3 年間にわたって取得することによって達成されます。 画像は、専用の 1.5T 研究用 MR スキャナーで取得されます。 MR 画像は、小児放射線科医の専門家グループによって報告され、盲検法で、専門の周産期および小児病理学者によって行われた従来の剖検からの報告と比較されます。 重要なことに、事後情報は、親のニーズを参照して評価され、臨床医やHM検死官に紹介されます。 中枢神経系の異常の検出は、個別に評価されます。
この研究は 2 つのサイトで実施されます。小児専用病院 (グレート オーモンド ストリート病院) と、大規模な産科、胎児、新生児部門を備えた教育病院 (ユニバーシティ カレッジ ロンドン病院) で、これらはユニバーシティ カレッジ ロンドンによって学術的にリンクされています。
プロジェクトの調整は運営委員会によって管理され、データの正確な照合と比較が保証されます。
