この研究では、局所注射部位の炎症症状である遅発性疼痛、紅斑、浮腫を軽減するための、非薬物運動介入(腕立て伏せ)の有効性と免疫学的効果を、経口NSAID(イブプロフェン)および盲検経口プラセボと比較して評価します。インフルエンザワクチン接種後の血清学的抗体免疫反応への影響。
健康な軍人コホートは、軍隊の体力スコアと一致する腕立て伏せを行うか、NSAID (イブプロフェン) または経口プラセボである盲検経口薬を服用するかのいずれかにランダムに割り当てられます。
この研究では、評価のためにワクチン接種当日、48~72時間後、21~28日後の3回の来院が必要となる。
評価訪問には、注射部位の検査、注射部位の写真、症状日記の記入、検証済みの疼痛スケール、および抗体レベルの変化を測定するための初回および 3 回目の訪問時の血液検体が含まれます。
運動参加者はまた、運動努力のレベルが無酸素代謝に達したかどうかを測定するために、無酸素運動の副産物である乳酸を評価するために、1〜2本の指刺し血液サンプルを提供する必要があります。

- 今シーズンのインフルエンザワクチン接種済みです。
- 過去 72 時間以内に何らかの種類のワクチンを受けたことがある。
- 現在のプロファイルでアッパー 2 またはアッパー 3 のフィジカル トレーニングが免除される医療プロファイルに載っていること (上肢の怪我または病気)
- 傷害や感染症の既存の症状、または部位評価を妨げるその他の局所症状がある。
- 妊娠してください。
- アレルギー、不耐症、胃出血、またはその他のイブプロフェンに対する医学的除外の病歴がある。

参加者は、インフルエンザワクチン接種後できるだけ早く、ただし 15 分以内に腕立て伏せの運動介入を実施します。
実行される腕立て伏せの数は、1 回のセッションでの参加者の最後の陸軍体力テスト (APFT) スコアの少なくとも 80% となります。
腕立て伏せの回数が記録されます。

乳酸メーターを使用して、運動グループの乳酸値の測定値をテストしました。
訪問 1 の運動グループに対して、インフルエンザワクチン接種前と後の両方で 2 つの乳酸検査が実施されました。
最初の乳酸値の測定値は採血後に取得されました。2 番目の乳酸値の値は、理想的には研究対象が腕立て伏せを完了してから 3 ~ 8 分以内に、ワクチン接種の腕の反対側の手から指を刺して取得しました。
