この研究の主な目的は、外科的合併症および神経学的、機能的、疾患特異的、および生活の質の測定の観点から、CSM の治療における前方および後方の外科的アプローチを比較することです。

骨棘による脊柱管の狭窄、後縦靭帯の骨化、または大きな中央椎間板の膨らみは、頸髄を圧迫し、脊髄神経根に影響を与え、首の痛みやさまざまな程度の神経学的症状や機能障害を引き起こす可能性があります.2 重症の場合、これは頸椎の狭窄につながり、下肢の上位運動ニューロン症状と上肢の下位運動ニューロン症状を引き起こします。 牽引、頸椎カラー、姿勢運動などの保守的な対策で神経学的進行を防ぐことができない場合は、手術が必要になることがあります。

- および次の徴候の 1 つまたは複数: 皮質脊髄分布の運動障害、手の内因性筋肉の萎縮、過屈曲、正のホフマン徴候、上向きの足底反応、下肢の痙性、広範囲の不安定な歩行
除外基準:
- 無症候性頸椎症性脊髄症
- CSMの以前の手術
- アクティブな感染
- 腫瘍性疾患
- 関節リウマチ
- 強直性脊椎炎
- 外傷
- 付随する腰部狭窄症
- 外科的診察には紹介されない
- -他の試験に参加している、またはフォローアップに参加する可能性が低い
